Bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 7 days before the date of the booking. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the date of the booking, all rescheduled bookings must be within 4 weeks of the original booking date. Bookings can be cancelled and rescheduled within your account either on the website or in the app. to download the app follow this link https://www.mobileapp.app/to/opA36yY?ref=cl Bookings can be cancelled by Mr Cleal's Holiday Club at any time, if the child that the booking is linked to has been removed from any other session or has acted inappropriately towards any other child or member of staff. If your child has an EHCP or any needs that will help them to enjoy their day more and our staff to help meet their needs, please let us know beforehand, this can be done via email to admin@clealswheels.co.uk or using the form upload option when booking.
